• What is the return policy?

• What are the shipping options?

 USPS Is our form of shipping, with direct deliveries made to customers by House of Atai in certain market areas.

• What are the international taxes, duties, etc. that I have to pay?

We use USPS for our international shipping with pricing calculated for the country the items are being shipped to.

• When will I receive my order?

Although House of Atai has no control over the overall time a product will reach a customer.  A turn around time will usually take 3 to 5 days after orders have been placed

• What do I do if I never received my order?

Reach out to House of Atai and allow us to track and investigate where you products are.

• What do I do if I received a defective order?

House of Atai has a No Hassle Product Replacement (or) Refund Policy For Everything We Sell. We may ask for photos of damaged items.

• How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?

Email or Text is the easiest way to make changes to an existing order. Just include your Order Number. Note: this process is time sensitive.
